2025 Lenten Parish Mission

Lost, Found, Saved, Sent: What it means to be called by Christ.

Led by Dr. Susan Windley-Daoust

Mission nights: March 30-April 1, 6:30pm, St. Edward Church.

† St. Ignatius of Loyola recommended Christians listen to God’s call through a scriptural prayer path he called The Spiritual Exercises.

† This year’s Lenten mission is based on the Exercises’ four movements in the Christian life–Lost in sin, Found by grace, Saved by Christ, Sent to others.

† This mission ends with Ignatian prayer practices and the challenge to carry it forward the next 30 days, leading people to deeper relationship with Jesus Christ in the Easter season.

† The mission nights (6:30-7:30pm) at St. Edward will be marked by song, talks, and prayer.

AND

Mission Mornings: March 31 and April 1, 8:30am-9:15am, at St. Augustine Church.

Let’s practice Ignatian prayer together based on the scriptural passages of the previous evening. Dr. Windley-Daoust will lead us through praying in Ignatius’ way. Opportunities will be available for sharing the graces of the received prayer.
